There was a continuous return visit to the site because we connected participants to the program and matchmaking via online engagement. Normally you register and only receive an email the day before the conference to tell you to come. Because we continuously applied conversation management via Twitter, email updates, personal emails with tips and so on, participants returned to the website to complete their profile and book tickets (for physical speed dates).
