Eight initiatives have been nominated for the “Prize for Digital Togetherness”, which is being awarded
by the “Digital for All” initiative on the occasion of the second nationwide Digital Day. The award goes
to projects that use digital technologies for the common good and make the opportunities of digital
change available to all parts of society. The winners will be announced in online videos on June 16,
2021. The best of the more than 300 applications have been nominated. A top-class jury of ten people
will decide on the award. The award is given in the categories “Digital Participation” and “Digital
Engagement”; the prize money is 10,000 euros in each case. The award is sponsored by atene KOM GmbH.
